1. Use glass glue to paste two pieces of glass in the middle of the light box (to prevent dust from entering the light box, and to enable the camera to see the material)
2. Install the rack used to fix the camera (after the camera is installed to avoid damage during installation), install the background board, install the motor at one end of the background board, and paste the white background paper on the other
3. Fix the driver board
4. Install the front and rear light boxes on the rack
5. Install the LED light board on the door of the front light box

3. Installation of U-shaped chute and mouthpiece
1. Fix the heating film on the back of the chute with glue, and then stick the insulation film on the heating film
2. Insert the trachea on the other end of the mouthpiece, then stick it firmly with glue, the trachea is about 20mm
3. Fix the chute on the rack, first fix the position above the rice groove (there is a positioning hole on the price of the rice groove), and then install the blowing nozzle on the rack, the vertical length between the bottom end of the rice groove and the top of the air nozzle 35-36mm, the distance from the air nozzle to the extension line of the meter slot channel is 5-6mm

Fourth, the installation of solenoid valve and receiving hopper
1. Install the solenoid valve on the receiving hopper first
2. Install the receiving hopper on the frame, and then connect the air pipe of the mouthpiece to the solenoid valve. The air pipe cannot be inserted wrongly. The mouthpiece and the solenoid valve correspond one to one.

Five, the installation of the vibrator
1. Install the vibrator on the top of the rack, each discharge port must be aligned with the chute, the vibrator must be installed with soft silicone, and the base of the vibrator must be installed
2. The discharge port of the vibrator should be extended into the chute. If the distance is too far, the material is easy to spill

Six, install the distribution box
1. Install the main board, transformer, fuse, SSR lamp electrical appliances in the distribution box
2. Wire the entire machine
3. When connecting the wire on the drive board, it should be consistent with the solenoid valve and nozzle

7. Installation of other components
1. Install the camera on the camera bracket and point it at the camera lens. Operation steps:
a. First install the basic position of the camera, the position of the reference line, and the position of the background board
b. Adjust the lights (lights for lighting materials, lights for background boards)
c. All the parameters in the man-machine are transmitted to the camera (translation 127 single hole gain 32, gain suitable for basic 500)
d. In the absence of a reference target, print a pattern groove that is the same as the chute. Hang the grooved paper on the datum line
e. Turn on the VGA button corresponding to the camera to be calibrated on the man-machine, and adjust the camera according to the waveform displayed on the monitor
f. After alignment, remove the grooved paper and place a black dot on the reference line. If the camera sees the black dot, it will display a waveform on the monitor. Generally, adjust the angle. Please pay attention not to move the camera before and after the angle. Left and right, otherwise the camera will look wrong.
g. After all adjustments are made, hang the grooved paper to check whether the left and right positions have changed. If there is a change, you can use the human-machine translation parameter h, and then use the reference bar to adjust the size of the aperture and the position of the focal length
2. Install the man-machine on the front light box door and fasten it with a lock
3. Install the air filter on the left side of the rack

8. Check after installation
1. Valve debugging
a. Check if the valve is leaking, if it leaks, blow back or replace with a new valve
b. Check whether the display of the LED light board is consistent with the position of the air nozzle. If it is inconsistent, check whether the line or air pipe is
c. Check if there are foreign objects in the air pipe, connect the machine to the air, increase the air pressure to blow the foreign objects out of the air pipe to avoid blocking the air nozzle
2. Debug the background board, cooperate with the man-machine, when the value of the background board on the man-machine is 0, the background board is adjusted to the brightest, and the background board value is 200, the background board
3. Adjust the flow rate of the vibrator on the man-machine to make the cutting speed of each vibrator almost the same
