What is a micro color sorter?

Micro color sorter is a color sorter for small products. Generally, a single-channel (one allegro) color sorter has 68 chutes, while a small and micro color sorter has 30 chutes. It is mainly based on the color difference of the materials. The defective products, heterochromatic particles and other impurities are all screened out to obtain high-quality products.

What are the core components of mini color sorting machine

1. Feeding part: It consists of feeding hopper, feeding port, vibrator and so on. The feeding device is connected with the frame by anti-vibration springs. The selected material slides down into the channel through the feeding hopper, the feeding port and the vibrator.

2. Channel: It is composed of an inclined and fixed aluminum alloy slideway, and the selected materials enter the sorting chamber uniformly from this.

3. Sorting device: It is composed of two sorting boxes at the front and the rear, with cameras, light sources, reflectors and other components inside. The signals of each channel are collected and processed from here and transmitted to the main control machine.

5. Air supply system: It is composed of components that integrate filtering, decompression and air pressure display, and provides qualified compressed air to the whole machine. When the air pressure is lower than a certain value, it will automatically alarm and stop working.

6. Heating device: It is composed of a heating film behind the slideway, which is controlled by the air switch and the temperature control switch in the electrical box, so that the channel can work at an appropriate temperature.

7. Electrical box: Most of the electrical components are installed in the sealed box at the back of the machine, which is an important part of the machine. It is responsible for controlling the work of the electrical part and controlling the spray valve to complete the color sorting process of removing impurities.

8. Air blowing device: controlled by the main control board, spray valve plate, valve line and spray valve, used to remove unqualified materials.

9. Receiving hopper: It consists of a receiving chamber and a receiving pipe. The receiving pipe receives qualified products, and the receiving chamber receives unqualified products.

Micro sorter is small in size and easy to move, suitable for farmers and small and medium-sized processing plants.
